These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and grooming services provided by San Antonio Mobile Dog Grooming LLC ("SA Mobile Grooming", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide professional mobile dog grooming services in the San Antonio, TX area and surrounding Bexar County communities. Services are described on our website and may include bathing, brushing, nail trimming, hair cutting, de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, and related grooming services. Specific services and pricing are discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Appointments and Scheduling

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and temperament
• Disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or recent injuries
• Ensure a safe, accessible location for our van to park (driveway or curbside space)
• Have your dog available and ready at the scheduled time
• Be reachable by phone during the appointment

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged the full service price. We understand emergencies happen — please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at booking. Final pricing may vary based on actual coat condition, matting, dog behavior, or additional time required. We will communicate any price adjustments before proceeding with additional services. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.

Matting and Coat Condition

Severely matted coats may require dematting services or a short clip to protect the dog's health. In cases of extreme matting, we may be unable to safely complete the requested style and will discuss alternatives with you before proceeding. Dematting can be uncomfortable; we prioritize your dog's welfare over cosmetic preferences. We are not liable for skin irritation revealed under matted coats.

Health and Medical Conditions

You agree to inform us of any known health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities your dog has. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or health issues discovered during grooming. Senior dogs, dogs with certain medical conditions, or dogs with a history of grooming-related stress may require additional care. We reserve the right to stop services if a dog becomes severely distressed or if continuing would pose a risk to the dog's health.

Aggressive Dogs

For the safety of our groomers and your dog, we reserve the right to refuse service to dogs exhibiting dangerous aggressive behavior. You are responsible for disclosing any history of biting or aggression. If a dog bites or injures a groomer, you agree to be responsible for any resulting medical costs and damages.

Limitation of Liability

We carry general liability insurance with $1M per occurrence coverage. In the event of a claim, our liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, stress-related reactions in elderly or medically compromised dogs, or incidents outside of our reasonable control. Grooming carries inherent risks and we take every precaution to ensure your dog's safety.

Our website is provided for informational purposes. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of website content. Pricing and service availability are subject to change without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
